Orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

To check your order status:

  • • Under "Order Status", select "View Past" and "Pending Orders."
  • • From here, you can view order details, track your order(s).

All ground orders should arrive in approximately 3-7 business days. Your options:

  • • UPS Next Day AIR

  • • FedEx Ground (5-7 business days)
  • • FedEx 2Day
  • • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • • Provide your own FedEx Account

Holidays will be excluded within ground delivery dates. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
We can expedite your order per your request. Please let us know if you have other shipping requests.

Return policy

At MONORENO we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be reported within 15 days of receiving the garment/s. The garment/s must be returned in the same condition as it was sent: unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. If the request is made within 15 days, MONORENO will issue a UPS label for the return freight. We will gladly replace the goods if we still have it in stock, or will issue a store credit upon receipt of defective merchandise.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for return. We do not accept returns due to dislike of style, color, or fit. Any returns that do not meet the above criteria or arrive undamaged will be charged 15% restocking fee.

There is 50% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns or overdue returns (all returns must be received within 30 days of UPS label issuance).

Merchandise returned can only be store credit or replacements. No refunds available.

All Sale or promotional items are deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
